Cotswold Walks

Cotswold Way National Trail is a great way to relax in this land of picturesque villages, honey coloured stone and amazing long distance views.

You don't have to do all of the trail to enjoy it as there are a number of circular walks to wander along, including 1 and 2 days walks, plus shorter routes that might be better for the little ones.

There are a number of historic sites to explore along the Trail, such as the Roman heritage at Bath, Sudeley Castle near Winchcombe and many lovely churches. Other sites include a Neolithic burial chamber at Belas Knap and Hailes Abbey.
Broadway Tower Country Park is a good spot to start a walk and has incredible views of as many at 16 counties because it is 1024ft (312m) above sea level! Selsley Common is also worth a visit. It is a grassland full of loads of wildflowers, birds and butterflies, plus it provides great views over the river Severn and Malvern Hills.

Please speak with Reception on your arival for a variety of walking maps.
