Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
To enter this competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry. If you win you will be asked to send over proof of age.
Travel to and from The Lygon Arms is NOT included.
Prize is valid for one guest to enjoy a one-month spa membership.
Once you arrive at the Hotel, all standard rules, regulations and guidelines relating to a personal visit will apply.
Closing date for entry will be 28th January 2024 at Midnight. After this date, no further entries will be considered for the competition. The winner will then be contacted via email on the 30th January 2024.
Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of The Lygon Arms (The Promoter).

Only one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account, only the first entry will be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
Incorrectly completed entries may be disqualified.
The winner will be selected at random.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct and will delete any inappropriate entries at their sole discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
If you win a competition, we will notify you by Instagram DM or email. The selection of a winner will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. If The Promoter cannot reach you within 72hrs from when the message was sent, another winner will be chosen.
By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as The Promoter may require.
The prize will not be transferable to another person other than the Nominated Guest.
No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
