An Evening with Theo Randall Thursday 1st February

Theo Randall opened his self named restaurant at the InterContinental in November 2006. His commitment to delivering rustic produce-driven Italian from the prestigious address of No. 1 Park Lane has earned him loyal followers and rave reviews from critics and food-lovers.

While Theo is a regular on national television, and has published two successful recipe books, PASTA (2006) and My Simple Italian (2015), he remains true to his culinary roots and can be found in the kitchen for most services. 
Theo opened Theo Mio in Bangkok in 2015 which is been voted by Tatler one of the best new restaurants to open in their 2016 restaurant guide.

7pm - Champagne & canapés with Theo

7.45pm - 3 course Italian dinner with paired wines. Theo will come out of the kitchen between courses to explain more about them.

Carpaccio di Manzo 
local beef fillet thinly sliced with wet walnuts, gorgonzola, treviso tardivo,
20 year old balsamic vinegar

Ravioli di Zucca 
fresh pasta stuffed with roasted delicata squash, ricotta, sage butter

Crostata di Agnello
roasted local lamb rack with roasted fennel, carrots, turnips, salsify, golden beetroots,
salsa d’erbe, jus

Amalfi Lemon Tart
crème fraîche

Tickets are £75 per person

We are happy to take individual table bookings for up to 10 people. Tickets are limited so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
